Even though we have modest units and inexpensive rates, suites are always clean and safe.
You will notice that compared to your own homes, they are quite basic. However, you will quickly realize that they have everything you need and you will soon feel at home.
Every unit has a master bedroom, guest bedroom, 2 bathrooms with showers, living/dining area and a galley-style kitchen. They are cooled by ceiling fans and since all of the apartments go from the back of the building to the front, you almost always have a cross breeze.
The kitchen has a fridge, stove (gas), coffee maker, toaster, blender and very basic supplies of pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, etc.
All towels, bed linens, hand soap and toiletries are supplied. Units are cleaned every other day, towels are also changed every day and bed linens are changed once a week.
None of these buildings have a balcony or a view of the ocean, but the beach is less than a five-minute walk away.
